Prepaid top up with Irish card not accepted, but a random list of countries are accepted?
Hi, in the past I was able to use my Irish credit/debit cards to top up my T-Mobile prepaid account. This seems to have disappeared, and now there is a random list of countries whose cards are accepted for payment. My country, Ireland, is not on this list, although other Eurozone countries (Finland, France, Germany, Italy) are. Does anyone know why this changed, and is there any way for me top up using one of my own Irish cards, rather than asking a friend in one of the accepted countries to top up for me? eSim stuck on "Activating" on iPhone from EU
Hello there! My wife is facing problems when activating her eSim for T-Mobile US Prepaid. She already chose a plan, payed, the new phone number was successfully set up but now (since 12h) she's still in the process of "Activating". I did the same and after waiting some minutes in the "Activating" process all went fine. What shod wedo now? We're currently located in Germany and will travel to US soon; I've activated using WIFI + Vodafone (as local operator), she tried with WIFI + O2-DE (as local operator); I'm not sure if/how cell towers differs to allow mine to succeed and hers to fail. I've read here and there that there might be a way to get a QR code to re-initialise the process, but I have no idea how/where to get it. Please let me know, any kind of support is much appreciated, thank you :)
Reactivate my canceled line
I live outside the US and travel there several times, but due to the pandemic, it has been a long time since I last visited. "I forgot to refill my prepaid line today. Earlier, I received an email informing me that my line has been canceled. To reactivate it, I was instructed to visit the t-mobile.com website or call the 1-800 number. However, I couldn't find a solution on the website, and when I called, I was kept waiting on hold without any assistance. Should I persist and try again, or should I give up and buy another SIM card during my next visit?
