3 Topicscellular data not working for iphone 13 pro
Off and on since I switched from Verizon last year to T mobile, I've had problems with my phone connecting/using the cellular data when the Wi-fi is turned off (I have the Magenta plan, no blocks, I am the account owner, etc). This is for an iphone 12 pro. I called T mobile early on(last year) and they did something on their end that fixed the problem temporarily. However, the problem would intermittently reoccur, and I had to toggle Airplane mode at least a few days a week to get the cellular data to work again. So that's basically what I've been doing for the past 1 year (smh) As of this past Monday, the previous workaround I mentioned above is no longer working. Now, my phone will not work at allwith cellular data. When I'm on Wi-fi, everything is fine. But with Wi-fi off, nothing works. This is with 4 bars, 5G UC, in an area with supposed good service, iOS up to date, VPN is off. Other people around me with T mobile are not having this problem. I can make phone calls and send text messages just fine. It's specifically No cellular data I spent2 hours on the phone two days ago and againyesterday with Tech Support. We tried switching to an eSim, which did not work. Then they told me to get a new physical SIM card. I went into a local T mobile store and they switched it out for a new one. Didn't work. Then they told me it was my phone and that I needed to upgrade. Went ahead and did the upgrade (now have a brand new iphone 13 pro), and a new SIM card was put in, and still the same problem. We tried doing a troubleshoot where they put a SIM card from a demo in-store device into my phone and everything worked no problem (meaning that the phone itself is fine). We also took my new SIM card and put it into a demo in-store device and it was not working Therefore, it seems that there is somethingon the account/system end that is causing a problem. The representatives have looked through my account and don't see any problems. No blocks. Web guard is turned off. We even tried switching Plans from Magenta to Essentials to see if this would work. Still no fix to the problem. Now I have a ticket in with the support team and am supposed to wait for them to call me back (can take up to 3 days). So now I am just waiting in limbo without my cellular data working. Has anyone been through a similar problem and found a solution?? I am definitely very frustrated and need an answer soon. I am starting to think the only solution is to switch to a different company Please help!2.7KViews4likes6ComentariosStill no iphone 13 Pro after almost two weeks.
Hello there, So I decided to switch over to T mobile a few weeks back and purchased an Iphone 13 Pro and a plain ol Iphone 13 for the hubs. Nothing was on backorder and I paid for next day shipping. It was supposed to be here a week ago and the ship date keeps getting pushed back. Now to this friday, basically two weeks late. Ive tried to call Tmobile to ask, but the overseas cutomer service was very much unhelpful (half an hour on hold to check an order number). I haven't even started with Tmobile and I am very frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service. Will it get better? Will I get my phone? Does anybody at Tmobile care? Anybody else waiting on a sierra blue Pro or a red 13?248Visto0likes2ComentariosiPhone 13 Series Dual eSIM Setup Instructions
After spending 4+ hours on the phone with customer care, and in-store, today trying to get Dual eSIM's setup on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I left the store with one eSIM and one physical SIM on my new device. I need help and direction on how to get multiple eSIM's from T-Mobile setup on my device. I currently have two T-Mobile accounts - one personal, one business. I've previously used them in Dual SIM setup, one physical SIM & one eSIM - as described above, on my iPhone 12 Pro. Every time I've needed to re-setup the single eSIM for that device, the store always struggled to know what to do and how to get me setup with a single eSIM. Now that the iPhone 13 Series supports Dual eSIM use, I'd like to get setup this way.The device was ordered from Apple to activate T-Mobile's network, and the eSIM for my personal line came pre-configured upon the arrival of the device. However, when using the "Change SIM" option in "My Account" for my business line, as well as the store attempting to update from their end, the system gives an error stating "Looks like that eSIM number is already set up." after inputting the EID from the iPhone 13 Pro Max. "My Account" has no option to input any other information from the device that may link the 2nd eSIM back to the network, and the in-store employee said the same, or didn't understand how to set it up on their systems. I need precise direction on how I can get both eSIM Profiles for the two T-Mobile accounts installed/downloaded to the new phone. Ayuda.13KViews1like10Comentarios
