11 Topics"Eligibility" Problems with Keep and Switch promotion
I am having the following issue and I was wondering if anyone else has encountered the same problem: I switched from AT&T after checking that my current phone was eligible for the Keep and Switch promotion, paid off my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 4G), ported my number, kept all my receipts from when I paid off my phone, and I still get the message that "You do not have an eligible device to bring to T-Mobile, but you may still be eligible to purchase..." blah, blah, blah when I go to switch2t-mobile.com. Thing is, I DO have an eligible phone according to the website, even put in my IMEI number to make sure it was eligible for the promotion. I can't even get to the point where I submit my documentation, receipts, screenshots, etc., it just punts me back to the error message page. I hope some of you have found a resolution to this problem, and that no one else is having it. I've spent way too many hours dealing with this.1.1KViews2likes6ComentariosKeep and Switch from US Cellular
Has anyone here done "Keep and Switch" from US Cellular? Irecently switched to T Mobile combining home internet and 2 lines. I paid $400 to US Cell in orderto pay off my Samsung Zflip3 which I was told is eligible for Keep and Switch rebates. I've submitted the proof of payment and service agreement to the T Mobilerebate center but it was denied. I was called and told I need to send the final bill from US Cell which is forthcoming. But my concern is that the bill from US Cell is not going to have what T Mobile needs! US Cell states, "The bill willshow a payment for that amount, but it will not have the name of the phone on the bill. UScellular bills do not provide that information on bills. The bill showing how much was paid along with the Proof of Purchase, and a copy of the service agreement (I emailed you), will hopefully work. The service agreement doesn't have the price but has the name of the phone." I am confused! Why does this have to be so complicated? I'm worried what US Cellular shows in the final bill will NOT be what T Mobile needs for the rebate. My justification for switching cell service was mainly driven by them paying/rebating me the final money owed for that line. Pleasehelp!140Visto1like1Comentario
