1 TopicAnyone else know why T-Mobile isn't answering any calls or chats today?
I tried calling this morning and was on hold for 50 minutes with no answer before I hung up and called back. I was on the 2nd call for 1 hour and 25 minutes. I hung up and called back again. I'm still on hold waiting for someone to answer. It's been an additional 22 minutes. No one is answering chat either. I'm trying to reach them because my bill says I now am paying for 2 of everything. 2 handsets, 2 tablets, 2 s Pen pros, 2 screen savers. I only have one of each. My bill went from $157 to $304.
