Anyone else know why T-Mobile isn't answering any calls or chats today?
I tried calling this morning and was on hold for 50 minutes with no answer before I hung up and called back. I was on the 2nd call for 1 hour and 25 minutes. I hung up and called back again. I'm still on hold waiting for someone to answer. It's been an additional 22 minutes. No one is answering chat either.
I'm trying to reach them because my bill says I now am paying for 2 of everything. 2 handsets, 2 tablets, 2 s Pen pros, 2 screen savers. I only have one of each. My bill went from $157 to $304.
What the freak is going on with T-Mobile today?

I just tried to contact them on Twitter, they don't provide that option.

Would you be willing to try getting through to them either via chat or via phone to see if they answer you?

I am on hold on their Twitter, on the T-Mobile app chat and on the phone all at the same time.

Yep, this has been my issue for a month and a half. This morning I get a phone call about me paying full for a device I have already paid off and losing jump on demand or whatever. I call back the same number as usual NO ANSWER. Now I don't see the chat option on here. I am not going to sign up for social media just to get in touch with a representative that CALLED ME and I am trying to return the call. here it is..20 minutes into my third call AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING!! I even pressed ONE of the prompt to having someone call me back. Guess what? BIG SHOCK! THIS FEATURE ISNT AVAILIBLE ! PLEASE CONTINUE TO HOLD!! So I hope they charge me for something I have no idea about. ( 39 minutes still going!)
