AGM M8 4G Rugged Flip Phone - will only do texts - no calls in or out
A client had the above phone and it would not do calls in or out. It is not sold by T-Mobile, but does work on their network. The OS on the phone is not Android and it is a flip phone. When she took it back to the store, they had no idea what was wrong. It you tried to call out, the error code was "OR201FL65". After much troubleshooting, a T-Mobile business support tech realized to was on a "text only" plan (typically for deaf people). He switched it; phone works fine now. Phones like this are sold on Amazon and elsewhere. If you get one, watch out for this.
