12 Months in Korea
I have a Samsung S23 and S24 from TMobile - currently paying off. Tmobile reps told me my phonewill work just fine in South Korea but someone *in* South Korea tells me that's not true and I'll have to get a new plan when I arrive. I am SO confused. This is my first phone plan and the reps have not been very helpful. Can someone please shed light on the subject for me?
My plan says I have "Simple Global" but when I look at Coverage Map it only shows N. America
Hello! I'm about to go to Japan and so I was looking to see if Japan is one of the "215+ countries" offered with T-mobile coverage on my plan. I have "Simple Global" according to my plan but when I look at the coverage map it only shows North America. Do I or do I not have global coverage?
