Cambio de plan tarifario
I have x amount of numbers that want to get off of my plan within the near, because they're on 'device payment plans' or whatever 🙄 because I'm too controlling of my account, because of what I say and what I do. They don't like it. Again, whatever. 🙄 If I were to remove 4 lines off of my account & they setup for their own plan, will they be considered as new customers, current customers…? Will they be getting the same calling rate plan that I have. Or will they be getting one of the newer plans that T-Mobile has? Will this affect my ' T-Mobile Unlimited Plan w/ Taxes & Fees Incl.' Plan? I have promotions running on the account and autopay discounts.
Plan changed to Magenta without my permission
I contacted T-Mobile prior to departing the US for a lengthy stay in Europe. I wanted to ensure that my phone was unlocked so that I could use an Italian SIM card while visiting my family there. The agent with whom I spoke found it difficult to verify whether the phone was actually unlocked. She informed me that I would, in any event, be able to get some limited access to the internet while overseas and that she would do follow-up to ensure that the phone was unlocked (I have been a Sprint/T-mobile customer for many years and my prior phone had been unlocked; I wanted to ensure that the new Revvl phone supplied by T-Mobile was also unlocked). When I arrived in Europe, I was able to access the internet. However, shortly after arriving I received notification that my auto-pay was set to pay a bill that was significantly higher than usual. My previous bills had been for $90 a month; this was for $150 circa. I have since received a second bill at the higher rate. I have now discovered that my plan was switched to Magenta without my permission and that this was the reason for the higher charge. Although I understand that Magenta provides greater internet coverage and global service, I wanted to use a foreign SIM card and NOT upgrade to Magenta. Have others had their plan changed without permission? Is it possible to get the higher charge reimbursed and the plan switched back?Unable to change rate plan
This is the screen I get after clicking "Change My Plan" I was trying to see what other plan options I have and when I click "Change My Plan" I get taken to a page that says "You are not eligible for any other rate plans at this time." I don't understand why I would be unable to change plans? Does anyone know why I would not be able to change my plan...for reference, I have been with T-mobile for a billion years (so not in a contract), I currently have theSimple Choice Family Unlimited Talk & Text plan BUT I only have 1 line on it at this point, and I do currently have a payment arrangement set up for July 2 (not sure that is the issue but if it is, I can easily pay the balance now so that I can change my plan).
Changed my plan
I went into my local TMobile store because I was having issues with my new IPhone. The man in the store was able to turn on my phone and I told him that my watch would not work without the phone being on. He took my phone and checked my settings. He said my number was never attached to my phone (which is not correct) because I've been using my watch and getting info from my phone. He changed something in my settings and now I'm getting a bill for $20 more a month. I called customer service and they explained that I need more data for my watch so he changed my plan with my knowledge or consent. My customer care rep, Nicole, said she cannot refund my charges because I've been enjoying my "new plan" for a week and will continue becuase I'm in the middle of a billing cycle. I told her to give me back my old plan and that TMobile should tell their help not to change plans and charges for people! It is still going to cost me $20 for his mistake and I'm not happy about it. If they do this all day long to people they have made millions! What a scam. My watch was working just fine before the $20 charge!
Sprint Account Merged to T-Mobile; Changes
My former Sprint plan did not have a limit on Premium Data orHD streamingand I had 10GB of Hotspot data. There were other features as well that I suspect may have changed; but in moving me to T-Mobile, my plan features were 'degraded' - I thought we were going to be put in a comparable plan with comparable features with our existing plan price. What changed? Has anyone else experienced this?
