7 TopicsInquiry Regarding Prepaid eSIM Activation from Abroad
Dear T-Mobile community, I am reaching out to inquire about the possibility of purchasing and activating a prepaid line via eSIM, with a U.S. phone number, from abroad. I currently do not reside in the United States nor US citizen, but I require a U.S. phone number for certain services. I have reviewed T-Mobile website but could not find clear information on whether this process can be completed from outside the country without having to visit a physical store. Could you please provide details on the steps I need to follow or any additional requirements for acquiring and activating the service from abroad? Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your response.103Visto0likes1ComentarioPrepaid Esim
Hi, I am planning on purchasing an esim for use during my trip to Chicago. (My first time in the USA) I want to know if I will be assigned a personal phone number using which people can call me during my stay. So does thisesim have the same functionality as a physical sim or is it used only for data? ¡Gracias!69Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile US Pre-paid eSIM purchase via app error 505
I just attempted to purchase a prepaid eSIM via the official T-Mobile Prepaid eSIM US app, and after entering the mail address, selected plan, payment card information, I got the following error: "There is an issue completing your order…..(error 505) (cart id ...)" Now I'm stuck and don't know: Whether the payment really went through as I'm using a company card. Whether the eSIM plan has been properly installed on my device. Whether I'd be able to activate it once I land in the US (I've not travelled yet but wanted to purchase ahead of travel time and activate it upon arrival). Can you help me solve this situation? Gracias.712Visto0likes3ComentariosStarting date prepaid plan - eSIM app
Hi everyone, I'm looking to buy a prepaid plan via the eSim app for a six month stay in the US. I would like to purchase the plan ahead of time, so it activates on the arrival date and is ready to use when Iland. As far as Ican tell there is no way to set a starting date when purchasing the plan and it would be activated straight away. Is this the case or am Imissing something? Other providers (like for example simly) provide the option to set an activation date. Otherwise I would have to deal with this upon arrival, when i have other things to do and need a working connection right away. Also i would like to know if there is a plan, which includes a flat for calls to Europe (Germany) or at least reduced international rates? As far asIcan tell, there are only plans with flats for US calls only. Thanks for any help, best.429Visto0likes5ComentariosHow do you repurchase a prepaid E-sim card?
Iusedaprepaid e-sim for a month when I visited the states last year and would like to do so again. How would I go about buying a prepaid e-aim again? When I access the e-sim app, it says "Use a valid e-mail not previously used". Then, if I try to log into my t-mobile account, it asks for a t-mobile number I no longer have active.Solved362Visto0likes2ComentariosT-Mobile Prepaid eSim Plan
Hi, I wanted to sign up for a T-Mobile Prepaid eSim plan for my iPhone 13 via the app. This is for my upcoming trip to the US. I am in Singapore. However when it comes to the payment page, I do not see my country Singapore listed. Does it mean I am unable to buy this plan? I only have Visa/MasterCard issued by banks in Singapore708Visto0likes4Comentarios
