I have two-factor authentication (TFA/MFA) set up with an authentication app for my prepaid account. I just got a new phone and am trying to find how to switch the codes over to it, but I cannot find where to make the change. I can't remember how I set 2FA up previously, as it was several years ago. I get this message: We've temporarily locked your account to protect your information. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-937-8997 or wait 24 hours to regain account access.
