promotion issue
I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of progress on my T-Mobile rebate. I have been waiting for over nine months for a $150 prepaid Mastercard that I was promised when I signed up for 5G home Internet as part of a promotion. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this with customer support over the phone, I have not received any updates and keep getting the runaround. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution on the rebate and a clear explanation for this outrageous delay. Has anyone else experienced such a long delay in receiving a rebate? I can't believe it's been over nine months already.
T-mobile Promo rebate is a scam
I signed up online for Tmobile 5G internet on Dec 8th. The shipment of the 5G gateway arrived on Dec 10th. Same day, T-mobile started a promo for new 5G internet customers to offer $100 visa prepaid card. I applied for the rebate and it was declined. The Rebate center said my activation date was Dec 9th. How can my activation date be before I receive a gateway? The rebate center won't honor this. Won't even connect with the supervisor. I spend over 2K on annual basis and they don't care.
