I can't get my Rebate!
I received an email last week, telling me I can get my $50 rebate. It gives me a link which sends me to a page that tells me to login either as a first time or returning customer. It accepts none of my information and the email does not tell me what that information is suppose to be. I keep getting this error message. I'm being told to go into my account, update my profile with a new PIN number so I can call the rebate people, but I cannot even do that because I keep getting this buffering all day: I cannot get a solution. A lot of stress for a $50 credit card!
promotion issue
I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of progress on my T-Mobile rebate. I have been waiting for over nine months for a $150 prepaid Mastercard that I was promised when I signed up for 5G home Internet as part of a promotion. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this with customer support over the phone, I have not received any updates and keep getting the runaround. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution on the rebate and a clear explanation for this outrageous delay. Has anyone else experienced such a long delay in receiving a rebate? I can't believe it's been over nine months already.
Rebate is a fraud
I've switched carriers to T-Mobile since April 2023 and as of now I have not received my rebate card that was "authorized". Every time I contact them everything is"perfect"on their side and I'll be receiving a link for my rebate since the "previous one" that wasnever sent expired. What a business here!!!!Reembolso
