20 TopicsRebate Website not Working
Hello, We recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. When we switched, we were told that we would get a $200 rebate for each line ported over. When I go to promotions.t-mobile.com I am able to enter our phone number (the one the account is set up under) and sometimes I can log in. However, once I either log-in or even just put the phone number in, I get a message that says "whoops, something went wrong". We have tried for a couple days at separate times but we can't get passed the log in phase. Is there something I am doing wrong on my end? Is there a phone number I can call to get this done? This is extremely frustrating because we would get about $1000 in rebates and we have a time limit to submit the claim.292Visto3likes2ComentariosSite Error, Cannot Submit Rebate
Hi, We've recently switched over and I am trying to get all the rebates submitted and promotions applied. So far it has been quite a bit of work to figure out how toactivate promotions or submit for rebates, which is frustrating considering all the effort put intopromoting them. The current issue is that although I have found the pagehttps://promotions.t-mobile.com/rebatesOnce I am "inside" of my account the reCAPTCHA button has the error "ERROR for site owner:Invalid domain for site key" and since I cannot do the reCAPTCHAI cannot submit the rebate information. Is there another way to submit rebate requests? Or is there any info on the page error being resolved? Thanks for any input!229Visto2likes1ComentarioI can't get my Rebate!
I received an email last week, telling me I can get my $50 rebate. It gives me a link which sends me to a page that tells me to login either as a first time or returning customer. It accepts none of my information and the email does not tell me what that information is suppose to be. I keep getting this error message. I'm being told to go into my account, update my profile with a new PIN number so I can call the rebate people, but I cannot even do that because I keep getting this buffering all day: I cannot get a solution. A lot of stress for a $50 credit card!Solved2.9KViews2likes17ComentariosT-mobile Promo rebate is a scam
I signed up online for Tmobile 5G internet on Dec 8th. The shipment of the 5G gateway arrived on Dec 10th. Same day, T-mobile started a promo for new 5G internet customers to offer $100 visa prepaid card. I applied for the rebate and it was declined. The Rebate center said my activation date was Dec 9th. How can my activation date be before I receive a gateway? The rebate center won't honor this. Won't even connect with the supervisor. I spend over 2K on annual basis and they don't care.670Visto1like2ComentariosReembolso
I've switched carriers to T-Mobile since April 2023 and as of now I have not received my rebate card that was "authorized". Every time I contact them everything is "perfect" on their side and I'll be receiving a link for my rebate since the "previous one" that was never sent expired. What a business here!!!!39Visto1like0ComentariosRebate Submission.
Anyone else tried to submit their documents for the keep and switch rebate and when they ask to select a line the drop down bar ends up being blank? I've refreshed the page what feels like hundreds of times and nothing ever pops up. I've called customer service multiple times and have made no progress. I'm not happy because I switched with the hopes of having this rebate pay off the majority of my phones, but now it seems like I'm going to be out $1000.Solved180Visto1like2ComentariosRebate is a fraud
