How long do you have to stay with T-Mobile after receiving Keep and Switch rebates?
I started service with Tmobile in October 2022. Since then, I have been unhappy with the service in my area and surrounding areas. Works very well overseas.
I received keep and switch rebates.
How long do I stay with Tmobile to satisfy the rebate requirements? Does anyone know? I do not see anything in the terms and conditions of the rebate.

Then there should be no reason but call to check before you port and port out a few days before the end of your billing cycle to avoid a full month's charge since Tmobile doesn't prorate.
The terms don't state much but are you getting any bill credits for any phones that were purchased when switching? If so you will lose those and have to pay for the remaking portion of the phone.
The easiest way would to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support but most likely they will try to talk you out of switching.

I just switched from AT&T. I live in Dallas TX. I have never made one phone call from my house that it hasn't been dropped. I hate T-mobile. So does my husband. Ayuda
did you bring over your ATT phones or are they TMO phones?
for what its worth there is i believe a 14 day period that you can change your mind.
