5 TopicsReferral Friend Missing Reward
I signed up for the Refer a Friend program in September and was accepted. Then, I referred a friend who started T-Mobile service and acknowledged my referral invitation. I then received a T-M email confirming the referral. The 45 day wait period ended this past week and I received an emaillink to my $50 MC but my friend has not received a similar email link. She spent most of the day on the 800 call with no success in finding out why/where heremail is. Any suggestions?11Visto0likes0Comentarios$50 Refer-a-Friend
I recommended a couple to T-Mobile hoping to benefit from their $50 Refer-a-Friend program, but despite my numerous efforts to register for the reward, I have been unsuccessful. Based on comments from others in the same situation, I'm beginning to question the legitimacy of this program. Can someone from T-Mobile help?302Visto2likes2ComentariosT-Mobile "Refer A Friend" seems like a scam!
So...I refer my aunt and uncle to T-Mobile. They activate two lines. But because my aunt and uncledidn't take my referral code to the store with them, my referral is considered "invalid." I call T-Mobile two separate times, and I'mgiven a $50.00 credit to my line. Fine, whatever. This isn't what T-Mobile advertises, in fact, it's downright false advertising. Requiring a "referral code" to be brought to the store is JUST ANOTHER HOOP T-Mobile hasin place to prevent actually paying the money out in the form of a pre-paid MasterCard as T-Mobileclaims to offer. I won't be referring anyone else to T-Mobile until you guys FIX THIS ISSUE. Red tape and false promises are BS!800Visto0likes3Comentarios
