T-mobile money is scamming people
I have found dozens of people like me who were defrauded by T-mobile money. They were blocked from accessing their account and their money wasn't returned by T-mobile when the account was closed. I had a T-mobile money account that was closed in 2015 and I never received a refund of my balance. I have contacted customer support several time over the years and they have not been able to help me. They are unable to locate my closed account. Can you refer me to someone who can help me? Gracias.
