Refund of T-mobile money account balance
I had a T-mobile money account that was closed in 2015 and I never received a refund of my balance. I have contacted customer support several time over the years and they have not been able to help me. They are unable to locate my closed account.
Can you refer me to someone who can help me?

It was started in 2014, shutdown in 2016 -- didn't return customers money. See this link:

Different program.
It was called T-mobile money services and had the exact same web-address. It was a checking account and they gave you a debit card. There was no savings account back then, that is the only difference
Web address doesn't matter. Tmobile owns it from the previous version. Why pay for a new website domain.

T-mobile took people's money and didn't return it. They should return people's money and stop scamming them.
