Remote reset and network drop
We are new T-Mobile internet gateway customers. We are experiencing drop-off of our internet (wireless) even when our new (Nokia) gateway is showing connectivity. Only action to fix, so far, is to reset by power-off/power-on. Thats fine if we are home. Is there a remote reset procedure for the Nokia gateway that can accomplish this in case we are on the road and the network drops offline? Important because our furnace and security systems are running through this network.Is TM Home Internet going to work for me?
I'm seeing lots of problems so getting concerned about this product (which hasn't been delivered yet). All I needed is internet access at a house so I can install Ring or Blink etc for security I can monitor from phone. I will be 2k miles away from the house. I was told this would be a good solution but if the service is intermittent I'm wondering if it will restart properly without human intervention from me. Amy suggestions? Also I think most of those security devices are on 2.4.
