Z-Flip 3 Power Off
My Z-Flip 3 has started powering off any time the phone is closed. I've gone to two different stores and not received any help at all, aside from an employee desyncing all my bluetooth devices and saved wifi networks and credentials. Went to the "local" repair shop location to be told that they're not doing any repairs at this time (30 minute trip each direction during my work day), and the only option while attempting to file a claim is to replace the phone. I've looked online and apparently all that is needed is to replace the screen, but I can't even reach a human being willing to talk about this option- anybody else having this problem, and any advice for how to get it solved?
Waraanty issues/Problems
Has anyone else had a serious problem getting phone replaced under warranty? Ive been getting the run around and have even been told to call samsung direct instead. I have tries to do two warranty exchanges with Tmobile and both times they sent the wrong color phone. Also they sent refurbished phones both times. This is a defective phone, not a accidental damage. I paid $1000 for a black Z flip, and they are trying to replace with pink. They say they cant choose what color to replace with and it is a lottery chance. This is a DEFECTIVE device and I want the same one.. soo frustrated! The store I bought the phone from says they can no longer help me. Where is the accountability and service?
Notifications on Z Flip
I just set up an account with T Mobile and I got a new Samsung Flip Z. I have a notification from T Mobile, that shows on the top of the phone, regarding some downloads. I cannot delete it! It's been showing for hours now and it's really annoying. I can delete all other notifications except this one from T Mobile. How do i delete? Thanks.
is there a way to disable the subject:nosubject header for MMS on galaxy flip3?
In my MMS group chat i keep getting an annoying header directly above every received message. Some others in the past were able to fix this issue with removing the Google hangouts app, but seeing as that app doesn't exist anymore, is there a solution here?
