Has anyone ever been able to add this device to the ANRAN app and use it with a T-Mobile Sim card? I have a T-Mobile 500mb data plan and Sim card for security cameras, and have been able to connect to devices from three other manufacturers. But I like the loud siren and some of the other features for this ANRAN camera, and would like to use it. I have verified the MMC, MNC, and APN settings with T-Mobile, but I still can't not get the camera to connect to the net work. The Arlo camera sold by T-Mobile is too limited and its functionality, and has some terrible reviews. I won't even bother to demo this camera. Any help would be appreciated.247Visto0likes0Comentariossecurity cameras cant be viewed
Hi. I was not able to view the cameras (provision-isr) thru cellular remotely, only thru Wi-Fi locally. I was told I needed to set up a second DDNS ip address to access remotely. I used the DDNS address from my NVR but it would not work. So I tried using alternative DDNS addresses listed on the NVR. what a mistake! After that, even though I put back the original, neither the local Wi-Fi or remote cellular viewing works. now no vids appear, no device at all appears. I tried calling tech support, no answer. I tried emailing, no reply. my tech guy left the company. I have no idea what to do. I am sure it must be something simple like a port number etc. any advice would be most welcome.
