9 TopicsUsing phone sim in tablet
I asked my question in https://community.t-mobile.com/android-9/tablets-that-can-be-used-like-a-phone-3028 But it looks like the issue has been marked as solved without a clear answer. So starting a new topic. If I use my phone sim in my tablet, can i use the tablet as my phone. I understand about the separate data line for tablet, that is not what I'm asking though. Data works with my phone sim in the tablet, but voice calls are failing, need quick help please. My phone is broken and not able to get a new phone at this time, i want to use my tablet as phone, please help. ¡Gracias!5.4KViews0likes5ComentariosSamsung Galaxy 22 Ultra issues
We have a Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra that we ported over from AT&T a month ago. We have "No Service" with T-Mobile. No one can help us with our situation. I've spent a month on the phone with everyone at AT&T, T-Mobile and Samsung to no avail. I know I can't be the only one having this issue as I've seen a lot of similar complaints on the internet. Since no one at any of these companies can help, does anyone have any hacks I can trythat worked? Or am I just screwed? I can't afford to pay for another phone and I certainly can't bare another 60 hours on the phone with customer service or tech giving me the same suggestions. I can't afford to buy another phone and my son, who's epileptic, needs a usable phone. It's new and not damaged by the way. Anyone out there in the universe with the same issues? Our phone is either locked and not working, unlocked and not working, SIM card issue...tried all the standard canned responses. If anyone has had an issue with porting to a new carrier with a Samsung 22 phone, please help us with any hacks that have worked for you (if any). Gracias.Solved238Visto0likes2Comentariosdual Esim and Sim
I am having this problem, I have esim and sim on the same device, on the same account with tmobile, the same plan and why the signal of the 2 Numbers are different, which is not supposed to be, I am almost sure that tmobile limits the signal depending on your number and location, my first number is from PR and the second from FL and being here in Florida the number here has more signal than the PR number and when I am in PR the PR number has more signal than the same FL number, I think something is wrong, and investigate more about it If anyone knows why or if they have the same problem...199Visto0likes1Comentarioabout sim and deals
I am coming to the United States of America to study for a period of four months, so I wanted to know if there are specific papers to obtain a phone sim. I also want an unlimited internet package, preferably 4G. I also want to have in the package talk and message .a summary of all of this. I want an integrated package, so I want to know the price of all this and I want to know what is prepaid if it will make a difference I think it will be easier to buy it when I arrive to usa83Visto0likes2Comentariosextra sim card?
We ordered a Samsung S21 5G as part of the merge from Sprint and it arrived with the Sim card in the box and with an additional Sim packaged separately (also listed separately on the packing slip). Both are T-mobile. Does it matter which we use? And what should we do with the other?1.2KViews0likes5ComentariosHelp figuring Moto G6 compatibily w/3G, 4G, 5G
I just spent the last month trying to understand why my phone shut down and now believe that my previous company (I am joining TMobile as of yesterday)did not inform we as to "why" my phone was deemed incompatible with the new SIM they sent out. Can someone help me with making sure my phone is only 3G, not 4G for sure? It is only about 2-3 years old, but still running V. 9 Android, but it won't update to any later version. It's a Moto G6 said to have come out in 2018. I am thinking it is the phone itself, and TMobile just told me yesterday my phone will work with the plan I ordered. I am concerned that I am getting (in the mail) a SIM for just 3G, or, TMobile Sales person is sending me a 4 or 5G that won't work on my phone either. Can someone help me? Thanks for any help/suggestions, Denise PS I have no problem going ahead an buying a new phone as I am finding my Moto G6 is outdated and the way technology is moving so fast, it's either sink or swim ;)936Visto0likes4ComentariosConvert physical sim to esim in 2022 in Android phone
Is there an easy way to convert my prepaid sim to an eSIM on a Pixel 5? I've seen older questions on this topic, but I'd like to know if there is a way this can be done easily in 2022, without contacting support or going into a store.667Visto0likes1ComentarioSim Card Number will not go away
I just got a SIM card for Tmobile and ported my number over from Verizon. When I inserted the SIM number it came with its own phone number. I was told that the number is not in service and my phone number was ported in. I selected my phone number in my profile, however, the SIM phone number still shows up on my profile and in the phone's settings. I cannot delete or remove this number. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+. Does anyone know of any work arounds or how to delete the number? Does it go away after a certain amount of time?Solved4.4KViews0likes6Comentarios
