dual Esim and Sim

I am having this problem, I have esim and sim on the same device, on the same account with tmobile, the same plan and why the signal of the 2 Numbers are different, which is not supposed to be, I am almost sure that tmobile limits the signal depending on your number and location, my first number is from PR and the second from FL and being here in Florida the number here has more signal than the PR number and when I am in PR the PR number has more signal than the same FL number,

I think something is wrong, and investigate more about it

If anyone knows why or if they have the same problem...

When devices are in dual-IM mode, it is almost always DSDS (Sual-SIM Sual Sandby).  That is why you have to select which SIM is used for data instead of both at the same time.  It's a bit complicated to explain and perhaps someone else could explain it better, but the primary SIM card for data is going to fluctuate a bit more because the other SIM is more or less just looking to see if there is a call or text coming in.
