Weak Signal despite TMO map of 5G
Seeing no place on T-Mobile website to convey this concern (other than a phone number) I'm taking to this forum. We were with Sprint for +/-20years and had a great signal at our house. Soon as it switched over to T-Mobile I'm having apps not working and a weak signal often of just one bar. T-Mobile coverage map shows us in the dark majenta for 5G but that's not happening on my iPhone13Pro (the newest at this time). Would prefer to not switch to AT&T but you may be forcing me to as they have a better signal.Why i have to download the Bill?
I don't want to download,I just want to view the bill. I was sprint customer and their website was pretty good. Their page navigation was pretty fast unlike T-mobile(just name is big). Sprint use to help me view the overview of my Bill and it has corresponding name to the my family numbers, which was pretty easy to identify but with T-mobile, it will download my bill and i have to match the number with name to split my bill.
