4 Topicsí cant manage my devices on the t-mobile or t-life app for the internet.
I have had T-Mobile home internet for about 2 years now. When I log into the T-Mobile app or the t-Life app I am supposed to be able to manage all my devices that are connected to my home internet but I cannot. It shows that I am connected to the Wi-Fi but it says I have no active devices when I know I do. I have a good signal but I am constantly being kicked off and losing my connection. I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of progress on my T-Mobile rebate. I have been waiting for over nine months for a $150 prepaid Mastercard that I was promised when I signed up for 5G home Internet as part of a promotion. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this with customer support over the phone, I have not received any updates and keep getting the runaround. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution on the rebate and a clear explanation for this outrageous delay. So Amazon Fire TV streaming device should be a simple connection, but I can't get it to connect to internet. According to my Amazon instructions -- I can connect using the ethernet hardwire connection to the T-Mobile Gateway and follow network setting prompts. But after following the prompts and entering the numbers that appear on the screen, I get a failure to connect to internet message. I've searched online and YouTube vids and I've yet to find anything showing how to remedy this specifically. If I can't get the streaming device to connect, I might as well return the device and go back to my cable modem with Optimum since it was working fine with that.
