Hi I'm a relatively new T-Mobile Money customer and a long time T-Mobile customer and would like to know if there is a way or if there are plans to all T-Mobile Money customers to link their accounts to services using the Plaid platform? I understand that T-Mobile Money is a subsidiary of BankMoblie which was a part of Customers Bank, and when I have connect my account through other services by using my ACH information it comes up Customers Bank. However, if I attempt to use Plaid I cannot log in through Customers Bank or through BankMobile to link my account which is very debilitating in how I use my money. Really? Mint is trying to work with you to get linking with them accomplished. Are you unable to do so because your security and infrastructure is unable to support on your end? If so, how can you expect consumers to trust you with their money and leverage your banking product? I will NOT use your banking product until such time that you have successfully implemented securely interfacing with Mint. Anyone else finds it annoying that we cannot download transaction history from T-Mobile Money? Since T-Mobile blocks the Aggregators for Personal Capital, Quicken, Nerdwallet, Banktivity and Mint, it should at minimum allow it's customers to download a QFX, CSV or XLSX file. We could then import the data into a program of our own choosing to manage our financial prospects. Every other financial institution I have ever dealt with offers transaction history downloads. Even T-Mobile offers a download of the phone call and text usage. So why not offer with T-Mobile Money? Valuable features and Great Customer Service is what keeps customers coming back. Hi everyone, I find personal/business money management software that directly links to my tax software essential, so I use intuit products, for better or worse. I need my T-mo Money account to be able to sync with Intuit products, and see a bunch of threads about how it used to sync, but then was blocked by T-Mo. Mostof us won't use a bunch of different money management software accounts tied to individual accounts, so a lot of us use Intuit products that aggregate our accounts and connect directly to our tax prep applications. Please let us connect our accounts again! It makes having a T-mobile account without this connection inconvenient, enough so that I consider using a different product. I really like T-mo, but that won't keep me using it if it doesn't play nice with the most commonly used financial managementand tax software. I know a lot of online banks want to compete and offer financial management through their sites. My bank tries to do that, too, but I ignore it. There's no way I will use an individual bank account's financial mgmt software over one that directly links all my accounts allowing me to manage everything together and send all that datato my tax prep app. I prefer one app to rule them all, frankly. Don't have time to muck about with individual bank software. Anyone else find this lack of connectivity inconvenient or annoying? If so, please post about it! It might help T-mo change their mind. This issue (re ability for TMobile Money function w Quicken) was originally raisedover 1 YEAR AGO, and has yet to be accurately answered, much less resolved. For some unknown reason, the issue was marked, SOLVED - which is the farthest from the truth. Would someone from TMOBILE please respond with a realanswer, other than "check with another department". What type of customer service team expectthe paying customer to do the leg work for answering a question. This type of response is known as 'customer -NO-service', along with a few other terms that come to mind. Would someone from T-Mobile PLEASE get involved with this urgent issue and provide timely resolution. Be sure to review T-Mobile's responseand pay special attention to the content highlighted in RED. Customer Bank allows it. BankMobile allows it (including at least 2 of their third party banking partners, similar to T-Mobile Money). There is no reasonable excuse for T-Mobile to deny us this essential functionality. If they don't want to allow Quicken to automatically link the at least allow a download. Now that Money required 10 transactions to enjoy the higher interest rate that is 10 transactions we have to do by hand. I understand why they did this so they can earn the fees on the transaction but wpita. On T-Mobile main sign on you can ask for either email or text verification but on Money only text verification which his a bad thing (granted many of my other financial accounts have the same problem - the worse two factor option) How about adding on of the authenticators? The debit card need to be brought into the new century with contactless swipe for both security and health. My other two banks have this so lets go Money lets do this.
