For the past 2 months and a half, basically since I got an account with T-mobile, my T-Life app works perfectly fine except for the offers on the Tuesday deals. I have talked to etch support but they couldn't figure out what happened and I went into 3 DIFFERENT locations all for them to try and update my phone and app, but no luck. After I spoke to tech support through the T-mobile location they told me to wait for the iOS 18 update which is in 2 MONTHS!. Does anyone know how to fix this? All it says is " There's a glitch in the system, we're working on it. Please check back later." I have not been able to get into the Tuesdays section of the T-Life app. I get one of two errors every time. The first time I try it, I get an error saying 'Your number isn't eligible to receive deals'. Each time I try it after that, it says 'There's a glitch in the system. Estamos trabajando en ello. Please check back later.' It has been this way since I installed the app a couple of weeks ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've cleared cache, and I've gotten on Customer Service chat and nothing has fixed the issue. I even factory reset my phone. I was able to get it to work on another device using the same login, though. I've read in other forums here of some people having the same issue on a different kind of phone. This app has never worked for me since I got a new iPhone (Previously I used Moto G5 on Android without problems for years). When I open the app it asks for my phone number which I enter on the next screen and click Continue. The next message is always…"Sorry, looks like we need a moment" T-Mobile Tuesdays is getting some updates. Inténtalo más tarde. And there is aRefreshbutton that results in the same message displaying 1-2 seconds later. I have uninstalled the app several times, and even set the cacheto clear on next launch. I tried to use my Tmobile app to redeem a reward for being a nurse. The page to enter my name and demographic data was impossible to use on my phone. I even tried to use the desktop version to enter my info but was unable to enter the info in the boxes. The page size kept altering and when I zoomed back the cursor was immobile. After multiple attempts I went to my laptop, but of course I don't have access to the app. I can't even email customer support. I was very disappointed that I was unable to redeem the reward for being a nurse. It looked like a nice benefit.158Visto2likes2Comentarios
