Using phone sim in tablet

So starting a new topic. If I use my phone sim in my tablet, can i use the tablet as my phone. I understand about the separate data line for tablet, that is not what I'm asking though. Data works with my phone sim in the tablet, but voice calls are failing, need quick help please. My phone is broken and not able to get a new phone at this time, i want to use my tablet as phone, please help. ¡Gracias!
Samsung Galaxy A7 Lite Camera Not Working
I have had theSamsung Galaxy A7 Lite tablet since January 20 and only recently tried to use the camera. The camera will not open. I tried other camera apps and did a factory restore of the tablet. The base app doesn't open. The downloaded app would open but show a camera error. Running a diagnostic shows there's an issue with the camera (front and back) but offers no solution. Am I out of luck?

Can I use or convert free tmobile line on cellular tablet? Is 5G then available on the free line or I cannot use it or I need a different plan? Ican also tether from the Phone to the device (ipad, laptop or MiFi)even a laptop why need a different plan for the tablet or casual use? I am doing this for my daughter going to college who has a cellular tablet. Thx
