I need to contact someone in the United States for Customer Service. I refuse to speak with the global helpdesk. They are a complete time waste. Got free phone offer and assistance from T-Mobile and they opened another account for the free phones. I took this to the main store as directed by nearby store, all after trying to resolve over the phone. A T-Mobile manager assisted me in store with the two accounts only to find out that it wasn't resolved. Now I have been sent to collections for line cancellations and charged the full price of the iPhones, saying I left T-Mobile. DIGITS messages were not transferred when I upgraded phones. I used Smart-Switch. It moved 7 days of messages. Where are the others/??? I have access to the old phone still. I can see the messages there going back months. Incoming and outgoing messages that I want to move over. I tried using smart switch a second time for just digits and it didnt work any better. What happened to my team of experts in Atlanta? I've called customer care FOUR times today, waited between 20-40 minutes each time and all 4 times I have been disconnected because I am in a bad service area. Only one time did I receive a call back and what is worse, each rep (including 2 supervisors) have told me different information; mostly because they all interpret the Englishlanguage a bit different, as well as possess a different knowledge of what is and is not possible.
