1 TopicT-mobile stole $228 from me
I placed on order for 2 sim cards to transfer my husband and I from AT&T to T-mobile. When I got the sim cards, they didn't work properly. I was upset because the process was not as simple as the salesperson I worked with had told me. I realized he lied to me to get me to place an order. I immediately cancelled my order and told them I didn't want to transfer my services to them afterall. 2 weeks later, they charged me $228. Those were some expensive sim cards! I never used their services at all. I called their customer service to tell them that I had not authorized this charge or used their services. They guaranteed they would have the charge reversed within a day. Instead, the charge moved from pending to posted on my bank account. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank. I will never again consider using T-mobile. This company should not be allowed to continue to operate. I posted a review with the BBB as well and will do everything in my power to inform people that this company is okay with stealing large amounts of money from working Americans.72Visto0likes3Comentarios
