DO NOT use T-Mobile. They rip off their customers and steal from you. FACTS - Did a promo where I had to trade in an iPhone. LIE 1 - They said I could drop my trade in at a T-Mobile store. The T-Mobile store denied it and said it had to be mailed. T-Mobile sent me a label and box and I mailed it via UPS. I kept getting notifications they hadn't received my phone, even though the tracking showed it was delivered. LIE 2-4 - I spoke to three different representatives over this time, all who advised they had received the phone and to just ignore the warning messages. These are all documented. Finally, my credit goes away and the last Supervisor representative I spoke to accused me of lying and never sending the phone in and I was out of luck. Also, since this went on for over 60 days I can't even file a claim with UPS. So I'm out a phone and my promo credits. In all about a $1000 loss from my pocket. Tmobile is a fraud and should be out of business.83Visto0likes0Comentariosmissing phone shipped to tmoble
Has anyone else had an issue with swapping out a phone on warranty then shipping the old one back to tmobile to be told MONTHS later that they did not receive the phone and charging over $1000 fee on a paid off phone that was broken???? tmobile is being no help at all. everyone I have contacted basically says so sorry, too bad for you! they finally "supposedly" opened an investigation through their warehouse but I've yet to receive email confirmation of that. I REALLy do not want to pay $1000 for a paid off broken phone that I mailed back!! I saved the shipping receipt for over a month but had no idea there would be an issue. Is there no way to track the actual phone?????43Visto0likes0ComentariosT-mobile stole $228 from me
I placed on order for 2 sim cards to transfer my husband and I from AT&T to T-mobile. When I got the sim cards, they didn't work properly. I was upset because the process was not as simple as the salesperson I worked with had told me. I realized he lied to me to get me to place an order. I immediately cancelled my order and told them I didn't want to transfer my services to them afterall. 2 weeks later, they charged me $228. Those were some expensive sim cards! I never used their services at all. I called their customer service to tell them that I had not authorized this charge or used their services. They guaranteed they would have the charge reversed within a day. Instead, the charge moved from pending to posted on my bank account. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank. I will never again consider using T-mobile. This company should not be allowed to continue to operate. I posted a review with the BBB as well and will do everything in my power to inform people that this company is okay with stealing large amounts of money from working Americans.122Visto0likes3ComentariosCharged for unused home internet
I've had mobile service with T-Mobile for 12 months. When I signed up, I refused home internet because I receive service through my landlord. I found out today (12.5 months later) that I am being charged 35 per month for this service I did not sign up for, I've never used, and never even took out of the box. The rep I spoke to refunded 2 months of the 12 monthly payments I was charged and advised me that they will be keeping the 10 months of charges I've already paid for absolutely nothing. That's $350 I've paid for simply for storage of an unopened box that was sent to me after I clearly refused the service when I opened my mobile phone account. I'll be canceling and contacting a lawyer for class action options. Mantente conectado.65Visto0likes0ComentariosT-MOBILE STOLE OVER $1100 DOLLARS FROM ME
In 2019 I decided to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max a few months after it came out (July). I decided to do a 2 year lease on it which cost $39.59 per month, just tacked on to each monthly phone bill. In April of 2020, T-Mobile buys Sprint, the carrier I purchased the phone through. My lease is still not completely paid, so I keep making payments. T-Mobile owned Sprint when my lease payment should have been removed from my bill. Fast forward to today, February 1st, 2024. I'm looking over my bill details and I notice that there's a charge on there that doesn't include my iPhone's protection plan stating that it's for leases. Confused, I check the leases tab and there are no active leases. I HAVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA $39.59 PER MONTH FOR 30 MONTHS ($1,187) FOR A PHONE THAT IS ALREADY PAID OFF. I call customer service and a very professional young lady named Diamond helps me, she tells me that they had to manually remove so many lease charges from people's bills. I asked if I could be refunded for these extra charges and she tells me that she can only refund 2 months worth of payments (under $80). I understand that she has protocols that will not allow me to talk with her supervisor so I don't even know why I bothered asking. I made sure to be really nice to her because at the end of the day, it's not HER who's been pocketing the equivalent of an extra YEAR'S WORTH OF PHONE BILLS from me. I have called customer service several times over the past few years for help on a few things, there have been PLENTY of times that they could have spotted this error. I am so upset about this and will be switching to a different phone company by February 21st (the day my bill is due) if I am not made whole. I advise anyone thinking of switching to T-Mobile to think twice about it, seeing as they clearly have no issue taking the hard-earned money that is not owed to them.121Visto0likes1ComentarioReturn Fee and TMOBILE has equipment
Spoke to supervisor Leti she stated that I missed the return deadline for a internet modem and I would be charged $230 for a non return fee. However they have the modem and are still charging me for. Backstory, I received a modem for replacement and it didn't work either. Several weeks later they sent a power cord which helped and I kept the original modem. I sent the replacement modem back a week or 2 later and they stated that I would receive a credit to my account for the return fee. Needless to say I'm still being charged for it after being told by 3 different representatives that it would be removed. I will be leaving TMOBILE this week55Visto0likes0Comentarioshow $1,000 was stolen from me by T-Mobile
I was with Sprint for 2 years. Switch to T-Mobile. Within a year T-Mobile gobbled up Sprint. Other than Sprint I believe I've been with T-Mobile for 5 years or more. My average monthly bill runs $300 with four phones and two wireless camera systems with their own data packages. All my bills have been on time for the entire 5 years I've been with T-Mobile. Out of the blue my wife 22 ultra started heating up real bad and the screen would turn off and turn on randomly. No physical damage to device whatsoever. I called to see what I could do about it and I was told there was a four to six week back order to replace the 22 ultra. I told them I can't wait that long because it's a business line. And that I would just run it through my insurance instead of warranty. I was put on hold 10 minutes later they were sending me out a new phone to my house and it was an upgrade to a 23 ultra. And I was just requested to mail the 22 ultra back with no return package or anything. So I returned it. 4 weeks later I get $1,000 charge on my bill because I guess the screen got messed up during shipping. I spent almost 17 hours on the phone with T-Mobile and the way this was supposed to happen I was supposed to take this phone to a store and turn it in to receive my new phone but T-Mobile just decided to send me the phone to my house. And because the phone got broke during shipping I'm responsible for $1,000 and I had to cough that up and basically mess up a lot of other payments I have to make just to keep cell phone service running to make this $1,000 right. Keep in mind I offered to run this through my insurance and I would have paid $100 for my insurance to replace the phone. T-Mobile charge to send me a phone and have me send mine back and it gets damaged during shipping and now I'm screwed out of $1,000 with T-Mobile should have followed protocol and had me bring the phone in to their store which obviously it would have never got broke during shipping if they would have done that as far as I'm concerned T-Mobile stole $1,000 from me and I'll never forget that.66Visto0likes0ComentariosAny reason I'm being charged $500/month for an internet service I'm not using?
I can't get anyone at T-Mobile to help me. Has anyone else been literally pick pocketed by T-Mobile? I realize it may be a glitch with my account, but that doesn't explain why NO ONE will help me...and/or why I can't just cancel the service they are using to steal from me. This is beyond frustrating.165Visto0likes2ComentariosT-Mobile Stealing from Me
I triedT-Mobilehome internet service and added 2 lines. Did not work well at all. I changed all to a competitora few days after, I get good service now. The local T-Mobile store staff were great, they said I could try the internet for 15-day trial period. When I called T-Mobile after I cancelled, they said I had to pay a full month for the internet and the phone lines I dropped within a few days. T-Mobile is trying to steal from me! I talked to Mike, Agent ID# 1247262, a supervisor. Not very helpful, although he agreed to waive the fee for the home internet, after much discussion. Why so hard to waive the fee? He initially said he could not get into my account if I did not know my PIN. Really? He apologized for him saying he could not help me initially. I went back to the store, told them about my conversations, they were not happythat corporate T-Mobile would do this to me. The said theyare getting conflicting messages from corporate. A lot of ex-patsdepend on T-Mobile in Mexico, we need the good service down there on a competitive basis. Only two decent US providers down there. I can't recommend T-Mobile with this issue.310Visto0likes2Comentarios
