T-Mobile Trade-in delivery tracking shows 'Available for Pickup' now instead of being 'Delivered'. Next steps?
I dropped off my trade-in device at the USPSafter documenting it and it's condition, along with IMEI number shown prominently. The delivery label denoted Assurant at Lewisville, TX as the destination. Today, the USPS tracking of the package got updated to 'Available for Pickup' instead of being delivered to the address on the label. I am confused as to why this happened, and if I need to intervene and schedule a redelivery so that it gets delivered to the Assurant facility. Please advise.
