Sync Up Video Chat
I don't understand why it's only guardians who can video chat? There should be an option for guardians to assign who kids may video chat with. I am a custodial parent, and my child wouldlike to video with their dad. But in order to do that I'd need to give the other parent permission to see our location at all times. That is unsafe for some relationships, such as mine! Something to think about if Tmobile would like to be user-friendly and inclusive.
Video Calling Issues
I just got a OnePlus 9 5G and switched to T Mobil about a month ago and ever since, both on Wifi and mobile data, there is a major lag when making video calls which I never had before with my old phone when I was on Metro. I have tried turning off the Wifi and only using mobile data and vs versa with no luck. My husband also has the same phone and it has gotten to the point that video calls aren't worth the headache to ask the other person to repeat what they said during the lag.
