So when dial 123 to listen my voice mail, whether they are new or saved, when a message is finished playing, it asks me to some options like replay, forward, message information, delete or save. How do i just go listen to the next message? I dont want to save, and when i listen to saved messages, i dont want to delete. I just want to go to the next one. Why dont they just key #2 as To Listen to the next message? 😣28Visto0likes0ComentariosAuto Deleting Stalker Voicemails
I have a stalker. They leave about 15 to 20 disturbing voicemails per day. You can block phone numbers, but you can't block them from leaving voicemails. Currently, I have to go into the text to speech voicemail app to manually delete them and I cannot turn off notifications for my stalker's voicemails. Please tell me there is a way to automatically delete voicemails. I need this phone number for work.52Visto0likes0ComentariosBest way to avoid roaming in Ireland and Scotland
My wife and Ihave two lines on Essentials, both using iPhone 14s. We'll bein Ireland and Scotland for about ten days and would like to avoid ANY roaming charges, but would still like to use our phones on wifi and text messaging. T-Mobile chat supportseemedto say that texting (assuming just SMS?) is free internationally, but it's not totally clear to me. I'm aware of the two blocking options available per line in settings (Block Charged International RoamingandBlock International Roaming (including Charged International Roaming)), both of which are a little on the confusing side; one chat agent said to use the first, the other said use the second.Huh? Which should be used to block incoming calls & voicemails but leave texting available? As far as voice calls, I'm assuming that forwarding both lines to Google Voice will allow for voicemails to be left for us without roaming. Is this correct? Would appreciate any other suggestions beyond what I've asked above!436Visto0likes1ComentarioSwipe to accept the call, call timer remains on 00:00, call is dead already.
I have been ATT customer at the same address for 15+ years. Last month changed to T-Mobile with brand new iphone 15 pro and having many technical issues. once a day its either a call drop, not able to hear other party or call not going through at all. Recently, a new technical issue popped up. When receiving call, I swipe to accept. I can not hear other side, so when I check screen, the call timer remains on 00:00!! The person left a VM and that arrived NEXT Day full 24hr later. It was a highly important call and I am SO FRUSTRADED. No one died, otherwise instead of this forum, I would be on legal law firm forum, andthinking aboutservicemillineries use!?28Visto0likes0ComentariosRegular voicemail notification not clearing after using visual voicemail
I have the same question that was asked in this thread, which was marked as "assumed resolved" but doesn't have answers. I have an LG G8. When I get a voicemail, I get two notifications: one is for visual voicemail and one is for regular voicemail. If I open the visual voicemail app and play the message, the notification for visual voicemail clears, but the notification for regular voicemail persists. I have tried syncing/refreshing the visual voicemail page, but the notification for regular voicemail persists. I have tried waiting, but the notification does not go away. The only way to get the notification for the regular voicemail to go away is to call in to the non-visual voicemail and listen to the message there as well. The phone does not permit me to block notification from the regular voicemail app or to disable the app. I prefer using visual voicemail to the call-in method. Any suggestions for how to get rid of the notification from the call-in voicemail app without listening to every message twice?Solved11KViews0likes16ComentariosData Connection - Phone Call - Text Message Issues - Help
Hello. I wanted to see if anyone could provide some advice. My family member and I are on the same T-Mobile plan. They have a newer iPhone - I have a Samsung. We live in different homes. Below are some of the issues we are having. These issues occur when we are home and we are out running errands etc. Phone Call Issues When trying to make a call out: Its dead air for a few seconds and goes directly to voicemail or rings once and goes to voicemail ( Happens intermittently ) Some calls will go through, some wont. It doesn't matter what type of service the person has that we are trying to call or what type of device they have ( Happens intermittently ) Who ever calls us goes directly to voicemail without any notification that we missed a phone call. ( Happens intermittently ) Text Issues Some text messages we try to send wont send at all ( Happens intermittently ) When others send texts to us, we often don't receive them or they are delayed and it takes hours before we receive them ( Happens intermittently ) Connection In General Any and all apps have a hard time loading ( Happens intermittently ) Any and all apps malfunction. They close with errors or freeze. ( Happens intermittently ) Messaging/video chat apps wont function properly ( Happens intermittently ) Performed Troubleshooting Restarted devices Disabled Wi-Fi Disabled Wi-Fi Calling Disabled Bluetooth Disabled and Enabled data connection Double checked any settings that could have been interfering with our connection Uninstalled any newly installed apps Double checked our Network Mode is set to the correct settings On the Samsung I did notice that the SIM card status for "Mobile Network State" says "Disconnected" (I'm not sure if that is important) Both devices are updated to the most current software The iPhone has been having this issue for the past month and a half The Samsung has been having these issues for over a year I have contacted tech support about the Samsung and they fixedsomething and the issues seemed to improve but over time the issues started back up and became worse. They did not disclose what they fixedor what to do in the event of the issues coming back I'm not sure what to do or what could be causing the issues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm in MICHIGAN. Has anyone else been having problems with T-mobile Network and unable to receive and making phone calls and text messages? Some calls and texts will go through, but then others will fail. I've had several people say they called, but it went directly to voice-mail. I've also had people say they left messages on my voice-mail, but I haven't received them yet. Who should I contact to get fixed? I have an Elderly Mom and it's important for her to be able to contact me. Also for any other emergencies. Thank you for your help! 🫂298Visto1like7Comentarios
