Odd Phone Number linked to my Home Internet Account
I recently signed up for Home Internet and everything seems to be working well. I am not and have never been a T-Mobile phone customer. In my profile, I notice an odd phone number is linked to my account. Also, in the caller ID options, there is someones name. How do I get this fixed? I shouldn't really have any phone numbers linked to this account (other than one for contact information)

Anyone else experiencing issues navigating reservation type websites like ReserveCalifornia.com? I'm trying to book a camp site. The website launches but the site seems to get stuck when searching or booking. This only happens when using T-Mobile home Internet
Website Crashes 100%
When is your IT going to fix their website? We have 25 lines on our business account and NOTHING can be managed by your website which constantly crashes, hangs up, and loops multiple error messages, system not available messages, page not found messages.. the list goes on and on. TMO knows this has been an issue for years but does absolutely nothing to resolve it. I want answers before I close our accounts and move to ATT.
