Now going on over 24hrs with 3 devices unable totrack our 2 children. Customer service has been a joke. Extremely long wait times, reps disconnecting and not calling back from the company who definitely has my number! Wasted over 3 hrs of my time last night and still no solution. Was told by advanced technical support a ticket was opened, NOTto call back and they would contact me in the next 48 hrs. I've had this service for 20 yrs now and this unprofessional experience is about to be the reason I finally switch providers. Clearly multiple people are experiencing issues for months with this app and there's no good communication from the company.5Visto2likes0Comentarios
