I would like to manage my Internet Only account online but the frustration of setting up the account (with a non-T-Mobile cellphone) has worn me down. I did manage to establish autopay via calling Customer Care and I get a paper bill each month but for now I have given up on getting online account access. It is hard to believe this has not been resolved by T-Mobile Technical Support. For now, as long as my internet works, autopay is in effect and I keep getting a paper bill, I am good to go. Signed up over the phone? YES. Do you have the confirmation email from when you signed up? YES. My information MATCH 100%. I have gone over the information numerous times with Customer Care since early April 2023. I appreciate all the comments but this should be a simple issue to resolve for Technical Support. I managed to get a T Mobile ID and I am able to log in with my email address and password but THEN it ask for my T-Mobile phone number to send the confirmation code to. It gives me an error when I input the number from the gateway and it ask for a valid T-Mobile number when I input my non T-Mobile phone number (the number I provided when I opened the account). Seems to me it is a quick and easy fix but who am I? Just a meaningless customer.68Visto3likes0Comentarios
