Re: Ported out/Cancelled Account on Autopay
I did not cancel my account, apparently. Today I tried to get into my account to make sure I pay what I owe ahead but because my number was ported out, my account was automatically disabled. When I searched on TMobile website regarding porting out, the steps did not include calling them beforehand to cancel the account. Thank you for helping me out and giving the number, I will give them a call and make sure this gets settled soonest.12Visto1like0Comentarios
