Impossible to get billing problems resolved (New customer)
Since I switched to T-Mobile a little over a month ago it's been nothing but problems. They have taken out for monthly bill twice, charged me for phones I do not have and misc charges that keep recurring. After countless hours on the phone with them, I give up.
