Impossible to get billing problems resolved (New customer)
Since I switched to T-Mobile a little over a month ago it's been nothing but problems. They have taken out for monthly bill twice, charged me for phones I do not have and misc charges that keep recurring. After countless hours on the phone with them, I give up. Anybody know how to contact corporate office? Preferably E-Mail address.
There's no email address but if you use social media you can try using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.

I get paid one’s a month the 3 week out of every month and they cut my internet off because they think I don’t want to pay
