This is the error that is triggered in the browser when this happens: { "failureType": "Data Error", "message": "Did not recieve expected value in response.statusCode", "errorDetails": "Unexpected response from /apps/mytmobile/components/form/action/jumpDetails?action=getQuotequestions", "stackTrace": "Error\n at modalInstance.uibModal.open.controller (https://my.t-mobile.com/app.a9dc6baf1e5280d11413.js:120864:43)\n at Object.invoke (https://my.t-mobile.com/app.a9dc6baf1e5280d11413.js:20074:20)\n at $controllerInit (https://my.t-mobile.com/app.a9dc6baf1e5280d11413.js:26096:35)\n at resolveSuccess (https://my.t-mobile.com/app.a9dc6baf1e5280d11413.js:58405:35)\n at processQueue (https://my.t-mobile.com/app.a9dc6baf1e5280d11413.js:32287:38)\n at https://my.t-mobile.com/app.a9dc6baf1e5280d11413.js:32335:28\n at Scope.$digest (https://my.t-mobile.com/app.a9dc6baf1e5280d11413.js:33472:16)\n at Scope.$apply (https://my.t-mobile.com/app.a9dc6baf1e5280d11413.js:33860:25)\n at done (https://my.t-mobile.com/app.a9dc6baf1e5280d11413.js:27732:48)\n at completeRequest (https://my.t-mobile.com/app.a9dc6baf1e5280d11413.js:27989:8)" }3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: What does this "server error" message mean?
I'm having the exact same issue. Been trying to upgrade but I get stuck there. I called customer service, and they impersonated me on the site and were able to get past it no problem and weren't able to figure out why I'm getting this message. I tried on Android using Edge,Chrome, and the T-Mobile app and on desktop withEdge, Chrome, and Firefox, all producing the same result. They created a support ticket for their IT team to look at it and said they'll call me back after 5 to check on it. They said if it's still not working properly, then they'll credit me the $30 fee for having my order processed by a representative (same with in store) and get it done that way instead. Seems odd that this issue is the exact same 2 years after OP's post.9Visto0likes0Comentarios
