Re: What is going on with the S20???
I have 2 S20 devices (1 S20 and 1 Ultra). Both started experiencing these symptoms about 1-2 months ago at nearly the same time. T-mobile did the basic troubleshooting steps with me (reboot, reset network settings, new sim). None of which seems to have worked. I was then referred to Samsung support who suggested a hard reset and factory data reset. When neither worked, they suggested a service center or buying a new phone and watch. Neither party acknowledges any software issue.1Ver0likes0Comentarios
