Wow, you have no idea how youhave helped! I did not know that wi-fi calling was as if I was still in the US, so that is the ANSWER, I was trying to call it as if it were a regular international direct-dial call. So when I dialed it without international access and US country code, it goes through! We can't get back into the US without negative COVID tests, so I need to talk to the online testing company to edit some of the data they have, so this was not an idle or merely a matter of convenience to us, so thank you very much!
