Why would you get a one day billing cycle when the day you signed up started a 30 or 31 day cycle? The flippant remark from the service agent is telling, as far as I am concerned. It shows a total lack of empathy or concern for what is a very frustrating event. Nonsense usually results in a less than happy customer who is left wondering what planet the help that he, or she, requires is coming from. I got a full monthly bill for the month before my service had even started. Trust me, seeing a bill for $118.00 which was for the month before I signed up… left me wondering "what have I gotten myself into"?11Visto0likes0Comentarios
