I heard T-Mobile was doing some maintenance. I tested it twice just now and Email-SMS is now being delivered to t-mobile subscribers.

T-mobile users (me and others) receive SMS from other email domains like google.com, our company email, etc, but not coming from "service-now.com". Other carriers don't have a problem delivering sms from service-now.com. This needs to be looked at ASAPby T-Mobile.
