Well it is an old number that we still have on our account. They said to try to download the backup from the sim card, but unfortunately it is not available. I tried my best. Anyone has any idea if it is possible?

I called customer service today and they said that I should go to the store and get a sim card. I just want to make sure this is true or not about getting the info cause the internet says otherwise. These messages can serve me as an evidence for someone that false accusing me of something that never happened. I am a little frustrated and trying to get as much information as I can
