Hey, I need help with obtaining information from a phone number that is linked to our account and is not in use. I am looking to see if I can get a transcript of messages and phone calls. Last time it was used was around June 2022. ¡Gracias!
if you are just looking for the contact info of each number contacted and vise versa that should be obtainable..if you are looking for the actual messages themselves then this will need to be requested by a lawyer/law enforcement.

I called customer service today and they said that I should go to the store and get a sim card. I just want to make sure this is true or not about getting the info cause the internet says otherwise. These messages can serve me as an evidence for someone that false accusing me of something that never happened. I am a little frustrated and trying to get as much information as I can
what is a SIM card going to do?
Well it is an old number that we still have on our account. They said to try to download the backup from the sim card, but unfortunately it is not available.
I tried my best. Anyone has any idea if it is possible?
sim cards basically just tell the phone which network to look for to connect to.
