Re: Turn off WiFi on T-Mobile Home Gateway
play347 wrote: Well, it looks like some folks are able to disable WiFI and ome other not. Perhaps this might be that some units are in different Firmware that others. I am the one that I am NOT able to turn WiFi OFF! and my Software Version in my T-Mobile can is:1.2101.00.1609. If you can turn it OFF please let us know what is your Software Version. I'm also on version1.2101.00.1609 and can turn off WiFi. What have you done to turn off WiFi and what are you seeing that indicates you cannot turn it off?2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: T-Mobile Home Internet Plus TP-Link Deco Wifi 6 Mesh
I don't believe this is a bug. The T-Mobile gateway is showing the 10 devices as ethernet becuase it sees them coming through the ethernet port on which your TP-Link is connected. It looks like you have 3 devices using the gateway WiFi. You may want to consider disabling WiFi on the gateway and having all wireless devices use the TP-Link as people have reported that this can help reduce the number of gateway disconnects that some are experiencing. But if you have not been experiencing any disconnects - then maybe all is well as it is.11Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: NOK 5G21 Gateway Battery Backup

I was hoping for at least 2 hours because that is the longest Zoom meetings that I need to attend from home. Can you please provide more information as to which APS this is and how it is connected. That information would be much more helpful for this group.1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: How to access Expert settings on Home Internet
You can disable wireless and connect at themenu athttp://192.168.12.1and then connect an access point. Goto Wi-Fi Networks and then into 2.4GHz and 5Gghz In each of those go through each SSID (SSID1-SSID4) for 2.4GHz and SSID5-SSID12 for 5GHz. In each one turn off Enable Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) Enable SSID Enable Broadcast Make sure you Save Changes on each one When you are done go to Statistics WLAN and you should see them disabled5Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: How to access Expert settings on Home Internet
