Look under T-Mobile Corporate Headquarters. You should look for the highest titled person in Customer Relations or Disputes. File a complaint at The Better Business Bureau and usually that gets a response (not necessarily a positive response) but that will get you a name at corporate to begin with. Good luck, don't give up because they are experts at deception and have many blocks set up...OR get a lawyer if you can afford it and SUE. I've been with them for over 3 years and before that with Metro for many years. T-Mobile has scammed me to just over $700 on promos they suckered me into. I will NEVER enter into another promotion with T-Mobile. They will say absolutely anything to get you in, then renegade and flat out lie and back out of their promises!20Visto0likes0Comentarios
