See this: Daughter tagged me in fb post. See link below for news article. Someone had posted to turn off datathen turn back on, restart phone and try text again. I added ano step and went to connections->mobile networks->network operators->turn off "select automatically" then available networks will show up. Click on tmobile Then did again to turn "select automatically" back on.
