Re: Samsung Active 4 watch4 lte call issue.
T-Mobile technical support needed to submit ticket to the engineering department. There was an issue with my account that needed to be corrected in the back end. It took three or four sessions with Tech supportto get the cause identified and submitted to engineering. After the corrections was made in the system, Resetting the watch, Samsung wear app and getting a new phone number for the watch fixed the issue.4Visto0likes0Comentarios
